HAPI Book Finger, Hold and Reach pattern demonstrations
First: Finger, Hold and Reach Patterns
FP stands for Finger Pattern HP means Hold Pattern RP means Reach Pattern.
You cannot ignore these Finger, Hold and Reach patterns. They are a huge reason for your early success. They rapidly grow skills in dexterity, rhythm, keyboard savvy, melodic order, harmony and form, and only take a couple minutes a day. (Over practicing these patterns doesn't seem to have any extraordinary benefit, nor does it greatly hurry the growth.)
